The Pre-Cosmetology/Nail Technology program of study focuses on the knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices required for careers in the field of Nail Technology. This program of study is designed for licensure by the State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists. Students who attend regularly and dress in uniform daily will earn enough hours to sit for nail licensure through the WVBBC (West Virginia Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists) upon their 18th birthday.
