Part-Time Adult Evening Program Admissions

Admission Process for our Adult Evening Part-Time Programs:

  1. Complete the online student application for our adult programs.

  2. Participate in the TABE test (Phlebotomy Technician only) Click here to register for the TABE.

  3. Return all required documentation for the program (high school diploma/GED and copy of state issued ID.)

  4. Make financial arrangements for the program.  If interested in applying for Financial Aid, please visit our Part-Time Financial Aid page.

  5. Submit for random drug testing at the start of the program and throughout the program. Attend the Orientation for Adult Evening programs prior to the start of the program.

Student Costs

Students are assessed tuition at the time of registration. All students must purchase or provide the following items as required by the program of study: textbooks, workbooks, supplies, test and certification fees, uniforms, and other personal items as required by occupational fields.

Schedule of Courses

Courses are scheduled once per year. Part-time adult classes are held on combinations of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings between the hours of 5 pm – 9 pm. Class schedules vary depending on the program. Clinical hours may vary slightly. Classes follow the Mercer County Schools calendar regarding holidays, delays, and closures. The MCS calendar is available online at the Mercer County Schools website.

Certificates of Completion

Certificates are awarded to all individuals that successfully meet all program requirements listing student name, program name, and number of hours completed by student.
